After all,

The whole forgiveness business -

Not to talk of

Saving the whole world -

Was His decision

With no help whatsoever

From me.

In the grand scheme of things,

Otherwise known as sovereignty,

What I think or feel

Is neither here nor there.

So how about I just get back

To living the life

He died

To give me

With less drama

And more purpose.
